The color is a deep ruby red with subtle garnet highlights. The bouquet is quite complex and characteristic of the terroir, offering notes that range from ripe red fruits such as blueberries and plums to a pleasant balsamic undertone with a hint of iron-like nuance. On the palate, the pronounced acidity and enveloping, rounded tannins give this wine structure and excellent aging potential.

Vinification and maturation
The grapes are hand-selected and harvested from the north-facing vineyard slopes. In the cellar, they are destemmed and gently crushed before being transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place with native yeasts. Maceration is managed through daily short pump-overs and lasts approximately 10 to 12 days. After racking, the wines are blended and aged for about 12 months in a combination of 30 hL Slavonian oak casks, Fontainebleau tonneaux, and concrete tanks. Bottling takes place during the summer months.
